Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you register: first and last name, email, company, job title, Kafka knowledge level, phone and country, plus your choice about receiving communications.

We also record where the visit came from (campaign parameters such as utm_source, and the referring page), the country estimated from the connection and the browser used. We do not store your IP address.

How we use it

To confirm your registration, send the calendar invite and the access link, remind you of the event and understand the interest in the topic.

We only send invitations to other webinars and content if you tick that option in the form. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Registration data is not shared with partners, speakers or sponsors of the webinars.

We use providers that process data on our behalf: MongoDB Atlas (storage), Resend (email delivery), Slack (internal team notification), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) and Vercel (hosting).

Cookies and measurement

We use Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies, to count visits. Mixpanel and, during campaigns, the LinkedIn and Meta pixels are only turned on if you accept them in the cookie preferences, which you can change in the footer at any time.

Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD you can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to contato@datatche.com.br.
